Terms of Service

Last updated: July 4, 2026

These terms cover your use of Kristy. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them — the sections on nutrition guidance and liability matter.

Not medical or professional advice

Kristy provides general nutrition guidance generated by software. It is not advice from a licensed dietitian, physician, or other healthcare professional, and nothing Kristy says should be treated as medical or clinical advice. Kristy does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary decisions, particularly if you are pregnant, have a health condition, or have a history of disordered eating.

You're responsible for your own health decisions

You are solely responsible for the choices you make about your diet, training, and health. Kristy is a tool to inform those choices — the decisions, and their outcomes, are yours. Estimates (including macros from typed meals, photos, and barcodes) may be inaccurate; use your own judgment.

Early access, provided "as is"

Kristy is offered during early access on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. We don't guarantee that the information Kristy provides is accurate, complete, or suitable for your circumstances.

Acceptable use and account termination

Use Kristy for its intended purpose. Don't abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service, and don't use it unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, place excessive load on it, or violate these terms — with or without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kristy and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or health outcomes, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim — which, during free early access, is zero.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Kristy evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update this page and the date above. Continuing to use Kristy after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
